Ventures connects your startup to benefits offered through our partner network. Membership gives you one place to discover those offers, understand their requirements, and request access through Ventures. The value is in the benefits that fit your business and the partner access behind them.
Do I need to belong to an incubator?
You can create a Ventures account directly. Each partner sets its own eligibility rules, so check the offer details before requesting a benefit.
Who can use the benefits?
Eligibility varies by offer. A provider may consider your location, company stage, funding, or whether you are already a customer. Some offers also require identity or business verification. Membership alone does not guarantee approval.
Can I start for free?
Yes. Create a free account, verify your email, and explore the catalog. You can request offers marked Free plan within your claim allowance. Completing your startup profile can increase that allowance. Offers marked Premium require an active Premium membership.
What happens after I request a benefit?
Your request appears in My Claims, where you can follow its status. If approved, you receive access details and the next steps to activate the benefit. Some benefits also require an application or approval from the provider.
What if I already use a tool, or my request is declined?
Some offers are reserved for new customers; others may support existing accounts. Read the individual terms. If a request is declined, check the reason in My Claims. Contact Ventures if you need help understanding the decision.
How long do credits or discounts last?
The duration, credit expiry, and renewal terms are specific to each offer. Review them before applying, including what you will pay once the benefit ends.
