This Refund Policy explains the refund terms applicable to paid Ventures.ma memberships.

Ventures.ma is operated by Ventures M, LLC.

1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Ventures.ma offers a 30-day money-back guarantee for eligible paid memberships.

To qualify for a full refund:

1. you must request the refund within thirty (30) calendar days of the original purchase or subscription payment; and
2. you must not have claimed a Deal through the paid membership for which the refund is requested.

A “Deal” means a software discount, credit, free trial, promotion, or other third-party offer made available through Ventures.ma.

2. Why Deal Claims Affect Eligibility

Ventures.ma provides access to third-party software offers that may have substantial monetary value.

Once a member claims a Deal, Ventures.ma may have already delivered the primary benefit associated with the membership and may be unable to reverse the redemption.

Accordingly, claiming a Deal generally makes the membership ineligible for the 30-day money-back guarantee, unless otherwise required by applicable law or expressly approved by Ventures.ma.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact Ventures.ma support using the support or contact method provided on the website.

Your request should include:

• the email address associated with your Ventures.ma account;
• the membership or transaction information, if available; and
• the reason for your refund request.

We may request additional information reasonably necessary to verify the transaction and determine eligibility.

4. Refund Review

After receiving a refund request, Ventures.ma may verify:

• the purchase date;
• membership type;
• payment status;
• whether the request was made within the 30-day period;
• whether a Deal has been claimed; and
• whether any other refund limitation applies.

We reserve the right to reject refund requests that do not satisfy the requirements of this Policy, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

5. Approved Refunds

Approved refunds will generally be returned through the original payment method.

The time required for the refund to appear in your account may depend on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.

Ventures.ma does not control the processing time imposed by third-party financial institutions.

6. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Ventures.ma account or by contacting support.

Cancellation generally prevents future renewal.

Unless otherwise required by law or expressly approved under this Refund Policy, cancellation does not automatically result in a refund for the current billing period.

You generally retain access to the applicable premium features until the end of the period already paid for.

7. Monthly Memberships

Monthly memberships are charged according to the applicable monthly subscription price.

A cancellation will generally prevent the next renewal but does not automatically refund the current month.

An eligible refund request made within the 30-day guarantee period may qualify for a refund subject to the eligibility requirements in this Policy.

8. Annual Memberships

Annual memberships are charged according to the applicable annual subscription price.

A cancellation will generally prevent the next annual renewal but does not automatically create a refund for the current annual membership period.

An eligible refund request made within the 30-day guarantee period may qualify for a refund subject to the eligibility requirements in this Policy.

9. Plan Changes

Where Ventures.ma allows a customer to upgrade or downgrade a membership plan, the applicable price adjustment may be handled according to the terms displayed during the plan change.

Any available credit or prorated adjustment will be calculated based on the applicable transaction and billing system.

Changing plans does not automatically restart the 30-day money-back guarantee.

10. Third-Party Software Purchases

Ventures.ma is generally not the seller of third-party software products associated with Deals.

If you purchase a product or subscription directly from a Deal Provider, any refund for that purchase is generally governed by the Deal Provider's own refund policy.

This Refund Policy applies to payments made directly to Ventures.ma for Ventures.ma memberships.

11. Failed or Duplicate Payments

If you believe you were charged incorrectly, including for a duplicate transaction, contact Ventures.ma support promptly.

We will investigate verified billing errors and make appropriate corrections.

12. Fraud and Abuse

Refund rights may be denied or suspended where we reasonably believe there has been:

• fraud;
• payment abuse;
• chargeback abuse;
• account manipulation;
• multiple-account abuse;
• misuse of promotional offers;
• false information; or
• other conduct intended to circumvent the membership or refund rules.

Nothing in this section limits rights that cannot legally be limited.

13. Chargebacks

Before initiating a chargeback, we encourage you to contact Ventures.ma support so that we can investigate the issue.

A chargeback does not eliminate your obligations under the applicable Terms of Service.

We may suspend an account while a disputed payment is being investigated.

14. Mandatory Consumer Rights

Nothing in this Refund Policy is intended to exclude, restrict, or replace any statutory consumer rights, cancellation rights, refund rights, or other legal protections that cannot lawfully be waived.

Where applicable law grants you rights that are more favorable than this Refund Policy, those rights will apply to the extent required by law.

15. Changes to This Refund Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time.

Any updated version will be published on Ventures.ma with a revised “Last Updated” date.

Changes will generally apply prospectively and will not remove mandatory rights applicable to purchases already made.
